The BAD Space is our on-site facility for Santiam Brewing produced events, and available to rent for private parties. It features a full bar and restaurant menu, fully lit 30 foot stage, PA with full backline,
32 channel mixer, house instruments, comfortable green room, and seating for up to 85 people. We host weekly Trivia and other public events - check out our events page for details. FREQUENTLY ASKED qUESTIONS
FOR PRIVATE PARTIES:
How many guests can attend my event?
Up to 90 people.
What food options are available?
You can cater with us. You can order from our restaurant menu. You can bring outside catering for a fee. All food consumed on the premises must be commercially produced and prepared.
Can we bring our own alcohol? What about marijuana?
No. Due to license restrictions, outside alcohol and marijuana is prohibited on the premises.
What does it cost? What's included?
Base rental rates range from $195 - $595 depending on timing and party length. Other services are available for additional fees. Every base rental includes tables and chairs, use of the stage and green room, familiarization and use of the PA and lighting set-up, and a bartender.
What other services?
Sound tech for live music mixing - $150
Outside food fee - $100
Additional Server (may be required for events with minors present & alcohol available - please inquire) - $25/hour
Food available after 9pm (catering excluded) - $100
How long can my event be?
6-8 hours depending on the fee paid.
Can I sell tickets or charge my guests a fee to attend?
Yes.
Can I decorate? Does that set-up time count against my rented party time? What about clean-up?
You can decorate the space. We ask you remove anything you bring with you at the conclusion of your event, and that you refrain from using any decorations that may endanger guests or damage the property. Decorating/set-up time is arranged separtely and does not count against your rented party time.
Can I come tour the space?
Yes! We encourage a site visit to be sure our space is a good fit for your event. Reach us through the contact page to arrange a visit.
