Please note - not all beers are always on tap. We rotate through many styles and seasonals. We often have more beers than we have taps available, so we change between different styles - particularly on seasonal beers.
Regular Line Up
Bohemian Pilsner 5.5% ABV, 40 IBU
This is a refreshing crisp, dry lager, with a noticeable malt presence and a noble Saaz hop character at the higher end of the hop range for this style of beer. Craft lager is often preferred by those weaning themselves off American Macro beers, but are still developing a taste for the flavor complexities of craft ales.
German Style Weissbier 5.2% ABV, 12 IBU
This is a golden straw colored wheat beer, made with all German malts, German hops and German yeast. The yeast strain for this style of beer contributes phenolic and fruity esters, leaving flavors of clove, banana and lemon among others. This is a dry refreshing beer, the wheat malt of which leaves a slight protein haze, which we consider desirable.
Raspberry Honey Wheat – American Pale Ale with raspberries 5.2% ABV, 19 IBU
This beer starts out as an American Pale Ale to which we add Gambrinus honey malt and about 25% red wheat malt. Once mashed and boiled, we add over 30 pounds of pureed Oregon raspberries. In this crisp, dry pale ale, the raspberries ferment out leaving a residual tart, fruity after-note.
American Robust Porter 6.2% ABV, 29 IBU
This porter is roasty American style robust porter. Medium bodied finish with a moderate English hop finish so as not to add too much bitterness to the roasted malt character.
For a subtle twist, try a Porter blend, with a quarter to half pint of Bramble on, topped off with Coal Porter.
Rum-Barrel Aged, Coconut Stout 7.9% ABV, 59 IBUPirate Stout starts out as a sweet Tropical Export Stout, with the expected complexities of roasted barley, de-bittered black malt and chocolate malt. The finished beer is aged in real, used Rum Barrels from the Rogue distillery. Typically this is only available at the tasting room.
This beer won the people's choice award at the 2013 Oregon Gardens Brewefest.

Prince Charlie's Wee Heavy; 9.3% 27 IBU
Strong Scotch Ale, a true Winter Warmer. Deep amber beer, strong warm malt presence, hint of smokey peat with notes of treacle.
Coming Soon James Brown Ale 5.2% ABV 26 IBU
Malty, nutty brown ale with a mild, herbal bitterness and a smooth, creamy finish.
Coming 2/15 Proleterian IPA 7% ABV 43 IBU
A recipe from assistant brewer Max Hueckstadt. This American style IPA is dry hopped with Columbus hops for a hoppy and flavorful finish.
Coming 2/1 Union Pinot Porter 6.3% ABV 23 IBU
Northwest IPA - Revolution;
ABV varies - typically in the 6-7% area, IBU's vary - but highThis is a revolving set of IPA recipes left to the devices of the individual brewers.
These are hop-heavy Pacific Northwest style IPAs (see the cask ale page for an authentic traditional English IPA - Sgt. Cutter's IPA). Even though listed as a seasonal, we typically have at least one of the revolutions series IPAs on, and occasionally, all four for a keg race-off.
